Flatten Out That Belly, Drink Up!

Hi Yogis!

Here's my weekend delight this weekend since I was forced to eat out a couple times last week. Just throw this all in your blender or food processor and you will be all set. 

1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup kale
1 cup of coconut almond milk - unsweetened

This smoothie contains several ingredients that have been shown to help diminish belly fat. So besides the blueberries, you also get the sweetness of pineapple, which has an enzyme that helps ease digestion and banish bloat. For those that don't like it, you won't even be able to taste the kale. It is however, full of fiber to prevent constipation!
