Sweet Potato Creamsicle Juice

Happy National Sweet Potato Day!

Sweet potatoes are full of great vitamins and minerals including a healthy dose of potassium which is responsible for your cardiovascular, muscle, and nerve function. You will also find a heaping dose of vitamin A which is a wonderful antioxidant and helps promote healthy cell turnover. This juice packs a major nutritional punch and is perfect for the middle of winter when you need a immunity boost plus something sweet to perk you up. Drink up!

Recipe: Sweet Potato Creamsicle Juice (makes 1 serving)

1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cubed

3 medium oranges, peeled and quartered

2-3 medium carrots, peeled

Optional: 1 small chunk of ginger

Juice all of your ingredients and enjoy!
