Pamper Yourself with a DIY Bath Soak

Pamper yourself, warriors! It's national bath day and we are so in need of some relaxation. One of the easiest ways to boost your bath is by adding epsom salts. The magnesium in epsom salts helps with muscle soreness and sleep while acting as an amazing exfoliant! Try out our recipe below which can be used as a bath soak and body scrub. We also came up with 5 different essential oil blends or you can mix your own!

2 cups epsom salts
½ cup Himalayan pink sea salt

¼ cup grapeseed oil

¼ cup coconut oil

20-30 drops essential oils

 

1.       20 lavender, 10 chamomile

2.       10 lemon, 10 sweet orange, 10 bergamot

3.       15 pine, 15 lime

4.       15 peppermint, 15 rosemary

5.       20 sweet orange, 10 clove
