Banana Sushi!

Introducing one of the household favorites at my house: dark chocolate covered banana sushi topped with chopped pistachios. It's easy to make, gluten and dairy free (even better at my house!) and it tastes delicious. 

Here's what you'll need:

1 sliced banana on parchment or wax paper

1/4 cup of melted dark chocolate

1/4 cup of unsalted chopped pistachios

Simply pour the melted chocolate on the sliced banana and then top it with the pistachios. To expedite the hardening of the chocolate, I suggest putting the roll in the freezer for a few minutes. 

The best part about this recipe is that it's kid made, friendly, and approved! It's one of Bella's favorite things to make and have as a treat.
