Simplify Your Morning Routine with Premade Smoothie Packets

Mornings can be hectic, which makes it really difficult to eat a complete, healthy breakfast. Smoothies are a convenient way to pack alot of nutrition into a an on-the-go breakfast, but who has time to cut fruit and measure supplements every morning? These packs can be prepped ahead of time and kept in the freezer until you need them! Each packet makes one smoothie - just blend with your favorite milk or juice and enjoy!

1. Ginger Peach (1/2 banana, 1 cup peach slices, 1tsp minced ginger)

2. Great Greens (1 banana, 4 kale leaves w/ stems removed, 1 cup spinach leaves, 1 tsp wheatgrass powder or your favorite greens powder)

3. Lemon Berry (1 1/2 cups mixed berries, Juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1/2 cup diced pineapple)

4. Strawberry Banana (1/2 banana, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup plain yogurt)

5. PB Banana (1 frozen banana, 2tbsp peanut butter powder, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - blend with milk or milk alternative)
